Click two adjacent islands (same row or column, no island between them) to add a bridge. Click again for a double bridge. Third click removes bridges. Each island must have exactly the number of bridges shown. All islands must be connected.
Start with islands whose number equals their maximum possible bridges — they must use all connections. Islands with value 1 in a corner can only connect one way. Work from constrained edges inward.
